set up?

i have a peugeot speedfight 2 57 plate i have a racing pipe on a polini variator a racing belt a hard contrast spring but it will only go 48 mph my acceleration is crap it kicks in then it gets to 20 mph i have put in 5 gram 6.9 6.3 but it does not seem no faster i wont it to go faster and better acceleration wot will make it better plz i need help

When was last MOT? Could only benefit from getting it serviced. You will find out if you have defects and I'm sure you will also discover exact reason for max speed of 48mph which you should NOT expect from a 3 year old moped.

Where did you buy from? New/Used?
