Take the side cover off exposing the drive train. you will see 2 pulleys, the front one is the variator and will have a nut in the middle. to remove the nut you need to hold the variator still. The easiest way to do this is to buy a variator locking tool off e bay for about £10, or borrow an impact wrench. Once the nut is off, you can slide the variator off the shaft, then either replace it with a new one or replace the rollers etc. Put the whole thing back on in reverse order and make sure the nut is tightened properly. Its worth checking the condition of the belt while you've got the variator off and replaceing if needed. Its easy to do, dont worry. Good luck.
