Glow worm fuel saver 40b Mk2?

PLEASE could someone help me?? I have just moved into a new house with this model of bolier. It has a thermostat turny knob on it and 2 switches that relate to the number of times a day ie once, twice, constant or off and then 2 little black switches under the lights. However, I am trying to set up the stupid thing so the heating remains off now but the water still heats up twice a day. I'm sure some kind person would kindly give me the answer!!
