Mend scram Spark Changed Checked

How can I fix my scram?

I have had it running after i had lighted the top of the spark plug with a lighter and had it running once after i have changed the spark plug checked the fuel and it doesnt seem it wants to run how do i get it to fire up? cheers

well it obviously overfuelling so check why, is your fuel tap being left on if not is it faulty,/ if not check the flot in the carb is sticking!!!
