Mend Honda HRA Lawnmower Engine Problem

whats wrong?

i have a honda hra lawnmower. the sparkplug is good, there is oil and gas. We have tried everything . Does anybody know what to do?

Will need more detail. Is the unit not cranking, cranks but won't start? Commonly fuel left over from last year is a no no. If that is the case, dump fuel out of the fuel tank, drain the fuel from the carb bowl (most Honda's have a scew or bolt on the side of the bowl to accomplish thi w/o making too much of a mess) Replenish with fresh fuel and hopeully that is what you seek.
