HOW DO I FiT A NEW diesel fuel filter and pipes toi my renault kangoo van?

hi I have an 52 kangoo van diesel van and I need to fit 2 new clear plastic fuel lines one is the inlet pipe coming from the fuel filter (only need the top inlet pipe but they come as connected together as one in the new pack) and I ned to fit a new fuel filter as well ?
can I just disconnect them both and fit them in any order?

or is there a certain procedure or way to do this in ?
and How do I unclip the fuel lines ends? do ned a certain tool?or is there a knack to it?
