Mend Citroen Saxo Forte Its Had Battery

why wont my saxo forte start? its had new battery?

My car is a catagory d write off and has been stood for 3 months, when I came to start it it was dead, so we replaced the battery and now it just clonks and nothing else, I want to get it fixed so I can get it to a body shop! also does any one know where the spark plugs are located?
