Mend Peugeot 207 Problem Water Car

How do I fix problem with wipers for Peugeot 207?

My front and back wipers do not release any water even though theres enough water in the car. The wipers come on, just no water from them.. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I just wanted to say thank you, I went to halfords today and picked up the red 10 amp fuse, as recommened by yourself (me) and replaced it (F3).. I am happy to say it worked!!
