berlingo electrical problems?

bought the van a few weeks ago and it has now started having problems, first i lost my indicators, fan, hazards, and wipers then after playing with the wires it all came back. Now my wipers, and power steering has gone, as well as my dash (no speedo, no revs, no fuel, etc) people are saying it could be an earth but i've checked and cant find anything.

Can anyone help me please.... Im scared it may be a new ECU!
