how to power down a veritas 8 alarm?

open the main panel (alarm will sound ) dissconnect the battery then where the mains is connected to the alarm remove the black pull outt fuse and then you are able to fit the remote keypad make sure it is an led keypad not an lcd keypad the lcd keypad is not compatible with the veritas 8 system

let me know how it goes and turn the mains off at your fuse box just incase
