Mend Grohe Grohedal Cistern Leaking Seal

how can I stop my Grohedal cistern leaking?

My Grohedal concealed cistern flushes perfectly, but there is always a trickle of water afterwards, as though there is a leaking seal in the mechanism. As far as I can see, there is access only from the front. Is this system serviceable?
