How can i stop it from turning off?

My LG 360 usually turns off, but not regulary, i got it at christmas, and sometimes all i have to to is turn it back on, but other times i have to take the battery out aswell and then put it back in and turn it on, but now that only lasts for a few minutes so i have to keep taking out the battery and putting back in constantly, it's getting really annoying because i'm usually in the middle of a text and it doesn't send it :'( x
