Mend Citroën Belingo Problem Constant Noise

Belingo electrial problem?

Hi, I have a W reg Belingo with a new battery.. When I am driving there is a constant chime noise or warning sound and when the engine is switched off and keys removed the panel lights decided to come on. I have to disconnect the battery over night to prevent flat battery........ Help !
