all the lights keep flashing on the control panel and wont fill up with water

hi there had problem with mine take it out side tilt it to drain any water out of the exit pipe put on side see pump under with about 3cm with pipes on it take them off and check not blocket or water in them put them back on and start her up i did this conected to out side tap so it was easyer
