Mend 24i Boiler Worcester Hot

worchester 24i?

my boiler cuts out after an hour it gets very warm cant even touch front panel its that hot and my fan is loud an engineer sprayed wd40 on the fan about 8 month ago and said it will need replacing. will the fan not working right make the boiler over heat like this? its to hot to touch!!!

Iv'e got same boiler, but not the problems, Is your water pressure guage reading 1 bar? What setting is your radiator temperature control on? I leave mine between 4 and 5. Boiler on a lot as wife cold blooded
