my zanussi ZWF1241w was making a knocking sound and has now stopped working. I have taken the back off and found a plastic compartment with lots of wires going into it hanging over the drum. I have reattached it to the machine and made sure all the wires were still connected. I put it back together, turned it on. It sounds like it wants to start, but isn't!
