electrical fire?

black electrical box, right of the diagnostic plug behind the plastic , has 2 block connectors one white,and the other,black(smaller),all melted,numbers on the box include..UCH-N2 21 668 891 - 4 B C.V4.1 Before went on fire indicators acting up coming on not going off ....any ideas...
