Mend Hotpoint EW81 Screws Handle Loose

How to get access to screws?

I have a hotpoint EW81 oven but the main oven door handle screws have become loose whuch are situated behind an inner panel.Can this panel be removed while door is in situ or does door itself also have to be removed.
