how can i fix my rear washer mk4 golf can here motor but no water comming ?

my rear wash is not working on my mk 4 golf can here motor runing but there is no water comming out please help

Check that the hose has not become detached from the jet.

You may have a split pipe which runs behind roof panel
check your rear carpets and down the back of the seats to see if they are wet. If so you will have to find out whereabouts the water is coming from and possibly remove panels to repair plastic pipe.
