hello david,follow the pipe from the pump up to the bulkhead.you will see where it splits into two,one for each jet.pull either one off the y connector and see if you have water at that point.you can now determine whether the pump is faulty or the lines are blocked,or the jets could also be blocked.you may find that the pipe has become detached from the connector or where either are connected on to the jets.oh and make sure you have washer fluid in the bottle lol.
