The roller bar on my Dyson DC27 has stopped turning?

I have the same problem were is the reset button please

There is a small "reset" button on the side of the roller bar - check the bar turns freely 1st - it may be tangled with hair or a carpet thread - if it turns ok, then press the reset button -it should be ok
