Mend Proscan PSVR74 VCR Recorder Time

Time element on VCR?

I have a perfectly good Proscan recorder.
Serial #837640080, Model # PSVR74,
BUT...with the change in the years of 2000, I cannot set the date, therefore, I cannot set the recorder time.

Please let me know if this can be fixed.

Tell your video the year is 1982 that year was the same as this year so your timer should work ok. If your video has automatic clock setting you will also have to disable that function.
