Mend GE GSD5130D00W Ge Water Dishwasher Cycle

My GE Triton Triclean dishwasher,model GSD5130D00W doesn't drain water?

The dishwasher seems to run through most of the cycle: when the indicator shows that the cycle is complete, residual water (a good 2 inches) pools at the bottom sink area.
