Mend GE Triton Dishwasher Draining Beeping

GE Triton dishwasher begins cycle then beeps/flash normal and doesn't work?

My GE Triton dishwasher will begin it's cycle, run for about 45 secs making a sound as if it were trying to release the soap dispenser, then begin flashing normal and stop running. The bottom of the unit is still full of water and not draining. There is no clog in the bottom of the unit ( I have opened up the bottom drain and there is no clog.)
There is also no problems with my garbage disposal. What in the world is the problem?? THanks.

have you taken off the waste pipe from ur u-bend linked to the dishwasher to make sure there is no blockage?...test the waste water function by putting the end of the pipe in a bucket and running a cycle. also check there are no kinks or that the waste pipe isnt flattened behind the appliance. the pipe should travel up from the appliance, and not be too long to the u bend under your sink as this reduces the effectiveness of the appliances ability to get rid of waste water.
