my beko washing machine wont drain?

How do i get my drainage hose of my beko 5120 washing machine as when i put on machine water goes back into sink

The pump filter will be blocked or there will be a blockage in the hose leading to the filter. You will find the filter at the bottom right hand side of the machine. Partly unscrew the filter and have a drain tray underneath to catch the water, when the tray is full, tighten the filter, empty the tray and repeat. When all the water is drained out, pull the filter out and check for blockage, if not then it must be in the hose. Most common blockages are coins, socks, underwear etc. Make sure the machine is unplugged before you start any repairs.
