i got a new mccullah hedge cutter?

i got a new hedge cutter a mccullah it is verry hard to start when it starts it runs for about 20 minuts and stops it is impossible to start again.it says to put 2 stroke fully syntecik oil in it.most fellows who fix lawn mores and strimmers and hedge cutters never heard of that kind of oil.it says patner oil 50 to 1 two stroke 25 to 1.
