Mend McCulloch M T250 Mcculloch Start New

My McCulloch M T250 grass trimmer is hard to start and is new?

My M T250 Line trimmer is hard to start and when it starts it only runs for approx 20 seconds and it was only recently purchased

Carb needs setting up properly, as these machines are sold through the mass trade they are not PDI just sold in the box, take it back if its new, my best advise is to buy a machine from a good local dealer.
