lg wm1814cw washer will not drain?

i have an lg wm 1814cw front loading washer. i have been experiencing water draining problems..
sometimes the machine will drain and spin..but recently i've been seeing the de code flashing on my washer..i've been through all the troubleshooting steps and cannot find anything plugged...i even took the drain pump apart and tested the motor at work..the service manual says it should test between ( 7-20 ohms) it tested at 14.3 ohms...i hooked the motor up with test leads at 110 volts and the motor turned pretty fast...
when the washer goes to drain, there is a loud very deep sounding vibrating buzz..
whats next ?
