Pump blocked or 'banjoed', but most likely just blocked.
Check the outlet hose is not blocked with sludge or trapped/kinked, which wouldn't allow the water to leave the machine.
TURN OFF THE POWER and pull the machine out from it's place and tilt it slightly onto it's rear feet.
Prop it up with a piece of wood, then open the filter door, SLIGHTLY, and allow water to run out and into a bucket or basin.
Once empty, clean the filter, then look inside, (you may need a torch), where the filter goes and you should see an impellar, (looks like a small orange squeezer). Use a pencil or other thin item to see if it moves freely.
If it does, replace the filter, place machine back on all four feet and switch to drain.
It should start to operate and empty of excess water, whilst it does so, make sure the waste pipe doesn't get trapped or kinked when you push the machine back into it's space.
