Mend Vokera Linea 24 Boiler Pressure

Cannot repressurise my linea 24 open valve but nothing happens?

I have a Vokera Linea 24 boiler. The pressure drops to 0 then fault 04 displays. I have followed the instructions to repressurise the system, but nothing happens when I open the filling loop valve. HELP!!!!
