Mend Defy 600 STS Oven Thermostat Repair

how can i fix my defy 600 sts thermal oven?

I have tested continunity on all components for the oven,replaced thermal fan,element,oven switch light bulb but still not working. Could the adjustable t-stat be faulty or is there anything else i could do to resolve the problem
