Mend Tricity Bendix SI055W Oven Cooker Thermostat

Main oven comes on when cooker switched on?

I need to dismantle control panel to reset main oven switch thermostat which is malfunctioning -main oven is coming on when mains is switched on. Fault was fixed twice three years ago by technician, but I have forgotten how to dismantle control panel to get at the switches and see if I can carry out repair. Cooker model is Tricity Bendix SI055W, a double oven job, solid plates.
