Mend Ford Focus Rear Central Locking

How can I open my rear passenger door of my ford focus?

I have a 2000 5 door ford focus and the rear passenger door will not open at all, the central locking has been dodgy for a while locking and unlocking whilst driving and now the rear door has locked completely, how can I get the door open please????
