how to replace a ford mondeo rear door central locking motor?

I have just been quoted £100 for replacing the central locking motor in the rear off side door of my 54 plate Mondeo. I can get a secondhand one for £24 delivered, if it is not too difficult a job I will have a go myself, but if it is I will pay the money and get the pro'sto do it. Many thanks..
