What do I do!?

I noticed that the Ice cubes, in my freezer were melted thats when I noticed that the freezer had stopped working. I also notice that the fridge is warm. I switched it off for a bit and found that this helped. I thought i fixed the problem but it keeps reoccurring. Thought I would turn it off for a day to see if it will make a difference. Dont know what to do. Please advise.
