Mend Citroen Dispatch Up Diesel Van

whats up with my citreon dispatch diesel van?

Van starts when engine cold and drives fine. If I stop for 5 - 10 mins ie. at a petrol station van wont start??
wait half hour then Im off again. cahnged glow plug controller and water temp sensor no joy!
any ideas?? anyone
