water inlet valve?

first check your water supply
turn off water and remove the hose from the rear of machine now check that the inlet filter just inside the machine connection is clear of silt/sediment if ok place the end of the hose in a bucket and test the water output if low i think you will have a possible tap connected via self cutting taps, how can a 1/8" hole feed a washer compared to a 1/2" hole
if water supply is good ,may have to change the cold inlet solenoid valve
