all buttons on pad dont work?

Hi Kevin, do you want to share the make and model with us, or is it a secret ? lol. Usually on most machines the only button that will work will be the stop or cancel. This indicates that the door open sensor or switch is shutting off the machines functions until it is activated. The other possibility is that one of the keys is damaged and permenantly held down, due to physical damage, or internal failure. For more help find me on www.microwave-repairs.co.uk
