tv fell right side green?

OH DEAR! I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, Brian, but this sounds like a classic case of tube damage. If a TV set falls and gets a big knock the shadow mask in the tube can dislodge rendering the tube useless!

Don't even consider getting a new tube installed, the price of the tube and the labour costs of fitting will make the price GREATER than the cost of a new TV.

The only thing you can do is buy another set second-hand. Learn from this experience and move on.
