Mend Proline TDC 75 Tdc Tumble Dryer

What is the problem with Proline TDC 75 Condensing Tumble Dryer?

It doesn't get up to temperature quickly and takes ages to dry clothes.

Over the last 2-3 months, I've noticed water sloshing about beneath the drum, when it is manually pushed 1/4 turn left or right.
