Mend Badger 5 Running Times Suggestions

How can I fix my Badger 5 disposal?

I can't get my Badger 5 disposal to stop running. I have tried the reset button several times, but it doesn't stop. The only way I can get it to stop running is to unplug it. Any suggestions?
