How to fix zanuss zwf14581w washing machine start fault?

My zanuss zwf14581w washing machine after 14 months old started to become temperamental to start when pressing start/pause button. Once it starts it washes fine. As the months go on its taking from 10 to 30 minutes plus to keep pressing the start/pause button hoping the door interlock locks and the program begins.
