Mend Macdee Syphon Flushing Toilet Water Pan

spare part?

the flushing part of my toilet has become faulty so all it does is pour water down the pan instead of filling up.anyone got any ideas of where i can find this part or get a suitable replacement?the link shows a picture of the part (its the macdee one)many thanks
