How can I fix my washing machine, Hoover, HNL7146?

sorry not the answer i m looking for. its something do do with the setting that my machine wont work

my washing machine is stuck on a programme. delay start. cannot get it off and cannot do washing

The powder drawer is not blocked & the water jets are clear but the pipes under the powder draw is already filled with water that is why the water is coming out of the draw. The water is not entering the drum.

I don't know your washing machine-but from your description it sounds as though your powder draw is caked up.Do you have instructions on how to remove it-most can be removed for the very purpose of cleaning.If you can remove it you'll probably find it's bunged up with old caked up soap powder.Wash tray in hot water in sink -inspect the cavity where you've removed the soap dispenser and use an old toothbrush to push any caked up soap powder you see in there.Also you'll probably have to clean the holes where the water comes in-that's usually vertically above the where the soap dispenser is.Get your washing up brush and "stab" the holes by pushing the brush with short strokes up into the roof of the soap dispenser cavity (while you've got the soap dispenser out).Hope that's what your problem is-good luck.ps if your soap dispenser cavity is very clogged up- you may have to use a blunt knife/cake spatula or small paint scraper to remove the excess build up of caked soap powder.
