Mend Craftsman 6.0 Push Mower Oil

i overfilled my craftsman push mower with oil, now wont start?

i overfilled my craftsman push mower,newer model, with oil, now it wont start. it did have alot of smoke coming from it first, then it was spitting and sputtering, now it died and wont start, what can i do to fix? 6.0

How do you drain the oil?

Drain the oil down to the correct level, the put a new spark plug in and it should start. It will still smoke until the excess oil burns off.
