How can I repair my Triton Opal II electric shower?

For no apparent reason my shower has lost pressure, I now have to turn up the temp dial to get the same temp and the control panel seems to be making more noise normal??

electric shower don't have thermostats.

Possible thermostat problems and or heater element, look up spares on internet. Shower doctor is a good place to start
