How do I remove the Hoover Floormate 3040 handle?

I need to ship the Floormate and I need to remove the handle.

Open the right side screws of the handle. The entire right side of the handle will snap off and you will see a white plastic extension that attaches the handle to the body. Pull the white extension out and that will remove the handle from the body.
