Mend Omnicron 7000 Problem Security System

How can I fix a problem with my Omnicron 7000 Home Security System?

I have a Omnicron 7000 Home Security System On a few occasions lately although the system is off only showing Mains and Day lights on control panel it becomes alive and the system active. All room sensors have been checked. Can anyone help ????
