Help with Check Engine Light?

1992 wrangler 4cyl. check engine light codes 12, 33, and 22. Engine runs fine till it warms up then it wants to stall out when engaging clutch from any gear under normal power. High rpm while shifting and it does not try to stall. engine appears to be running rich and if left to idle in one spot, a large wet black spot is produced by the exhaust on the floor. I have replaced the coolant sensor for code 22. Not sure what to do about code 33 (a/c clutch relay) since i don't have a/c. Code 12 is odd because it is not listed in the manual as a trouble code number. I have verified counting the blinking check engine light 100 times now. Any ideas?
