cannot download fotos from camera to computer hav a problem with the .w i a device any help thanks

You haven't given us much to go on.

You should be able to connect your camera or the memory card it uses, to your computer. Then it will appear as a new drive letter in Window Explorer. Copy from this new location to the place you store your photos on your computer.
